RENT YOUR ROOF TO US

You have a suitable roof, parking lot or backyard for a solar project and you want to earn some extra income from it? But you don’t want to invest and tie up your money in a solar project for several years?

Then we have the solution for you. We will rent your roof, your parking lot, your backyard or all of them together from you. This way, you get income from because we will pay you rent and you don’t have to invest any of your own money.

If you rent your roof to us, we will undertake the entire investment on our own account. We will own, operate and maintain the solar project for the next 20 years and pay you rent every year.

What do we need from you?

We need a free un-shaded area of roughly 1000 m² or more (because we need to build at least 100 kW projects). This can be a normal roof, a flat roof or area on the ground on the same land plot as your building.

What do you get from us?

We will sign a rental contract for at least 20 years with you. The annual rent that we pay you will depend on the size of the project that we can realize. Here’s a brief summary of what you can expect:
